Overview

These terms govern your use of the Monge Studio website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Monge Studio is operated by Vitor Monge, based in Adelaide, South Australia.

Orders

All products are made to order. Production begins after payment is confirmed. By placing an order you acknowledge that:

• Each item is printed specifically for you and cannot be returned for change of mind
• Colour representation on screen may vary slightly from the physical product
• Production takes 3–5 business days before dispatch

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Intellectual property

All products sold by Monge Studio are produced under commercial licences granted by their respective designers. The designs remain the intellectual property of their creators.

Items purchased from Monge Studio are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without the designer's explicit permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Monge Studio's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
