All orders are shipped from Adelaide, South Australia via Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We offer Standard and Express shipping options. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Because every piece is made when you order it, please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch. This is not a delay — it is the process.

Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully — colour, size, and quantity — before completing your purchase.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major defect, does not match its description, or is not fit for purpose.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
